Initiating a Return
The process is simple. Start by filling out THIS FORM listing what item(s) are being returned so we know what to be on the lookout for and who the refund should go to, then pack and ship your return to the address listed below.

After receiving your item(s), Twisted Wares will process the return and submit a refund to the original form of payment for the amount that was paid for the item(s) being returned. ie. Sale items will be refunded the sale price and full-price items will be refunded the full price.
*Please note, you are responsible for all shipping fees. All refunds exclude both the original and return shipping fees.
